I believe spirituality isn’t about escaping the human experience. It’s about learning to embrace it — all of it. The messiness, the grief, the joy, the vulnerability. The remembering and forgetting. The love, the loss, and the love again.

My work is rooted in deep presence, compassion, and soul truth. Through astrology, energy healing, intuitive movement, and sacred space holding, I guide others back to the wisdom of their hearts.

For me, this path wasn’t born out of perfection. It was born from pain — from navigating heartbreak at a young age, witnessing the unraveling of my family, falling into patterns of self-abandonment, and slowly learning to come back to myself. I had to unlearn the idea that I needed to be “fixed” and instead, remember that I was always whole, even when hurting.

This is why I do what I do.

Because I know what it’s like to feel broken and still rise.
Because I believe holding space without judgment is one of the most sacred things we can offer.
Because I trust that when we allow ourselves to feel, to speak truth from the heart, to love without needing to control, healing begins.
